Manuel has been in the software industry for more than a decade and for the past
seven years he has been focusing his career in the Banking industry in Germany, where
currently fills the Chapter Lead role in DKB Code Factory; In his role, his main impact is
on the engineering he leads, by overseeing multiple teams responsible for web products
that impact millions of customers in Germany. As an engineer and leader, he is
passionate about growth, and tech, which ends up with him loving to build teams of
awesome people to create epic software solutions.
